Her couples know her as the planner who is always there — responsive, present and devoted — making every step feel calm, clear and exciting.
But her journey didn’t start with a plan. It started with a feeling.

For Stefania, everything began after the first wedding she ever worked on.
Standing there, witnessing joy, celebration, and emotion all woven together, she felt something that changed her life:

That moment when she realizes she has earned their complete trust is, for her, one of the most powerful parts of the entire process.
It means she can dream with them, guide them and create something truly personal.
On the wedding day, her favorite moment is when the setup is finally complete.
Seeing everything come to life — every idea, every detail, every shared decision — and then watching the bride’s reaction is the moment she holds closest to her heart.
She also cherishes the emotional family moments: father-daughter dances, the way families celebrate together, the bonds that remind everyone what weddings are really about.
A planner who became a BRIDE herself
Stefania recently lived her own wedding in Santorini-an unforgettable experience that made her both proud and humbled.
She was a bride, but the planner inside her never disappeared. She laughs about how she caught herself rearranging menus and napkins on the big day!
Her advice to brides is simple and to the point:
“Give direction, but leave space for creativity. Don’t copy a wedding you’ve seen before. Let your vendors create something unique for you.”
Her own wedding was exactly as she had imagined it and she carries that gratitude with her into every celebration she designs. She wants every couple to feel the same joy, the same magic, and the same sense of “this is exactly us.”

Stefania continues to pour her heart into Ever After Days with the same devotion she began with, balancing life as a mother, wife, designer and planner with genuine love for her craft.
Her couples adore her for her warmth, her presence, her quick responses, her perfectionism and the way she makes them feel supported from the first message to the last dance.
